RARE DISCWORLD™ ARTIFACTS

Earth may once have harboured intelligent life

Anonymous Contribution

The famous Discworld explorer and archeologist Dayvyd Atnburra has recently been digging on the long dead planet of Sol III and has sent back this report:

Picture of ClareCraft miniature When excavating in the Eastern area of an island in the Northern hemisphere I discovered that this planet has not always been completely devoid of intelligent life, but must at some time have had a civilisation on it. I discovered many porcelain artefacts of such very fine quality that they must have had a great religious significance, but the strangest thing of all is that they all appear to bear a remarkable resemblance to well-known Discworld™ characters, like the one pictured on the left, of Rincewind and The Luggage. (I can understand a primitive culture worshipping The Luggage, and indeed on the Disc many do) of course it could just be Chance (and we all know about Million to One chances).
