STAGEHANDSAlien TransportContributed by JimmiDiGrizi have been stranded on the planet earth while investigating research begun by ford prefect...aliens may find transport about the planet by entering the profession of stagehands...a really froogy way to be surrounded by drugs, alcohol, rock-n-roll, almost, but not quite, as good as a galactica concert on the moons of phylo... there are also a plethora of earth women willing to do horrible things to their frail bodies while attempting to get close to their insignificant gods... the hands have consolidated into a group, known as a union. for a fee (easily debited from a computer terminal, however backwater they may be, here) one may be paid exorbitant amounts of earth-currency for these privileges... it is invigorating, to watch these humans pay large ammounts of money, and even kill, to meet their gods...they arrive in droves, and act violently... really cool things, right? yet, a quick-thinking hitchhiker, with an attractively road-worn towel, is sure to be welcomed into the fold...i am currently signed on with a strange being currently known as marilyn manson... see entries under earthling rock bands... will keep you updated on progress of these obviously alien personages through reviews of various shows...
